You Lost the Weight. Now Let's Help You See Yourself the Way Everyone Else Does.

I hear it almost every week now. A woman reaches out about a session, and partway through the conversation she says one of two things.

"I love how I look. Just not with my clothes off."

Or, "I don't even recognize the person in the mirror. My brain still sees the old me."

Sometimes she says both in the same breath.

If you've lost significant weight through Ozempic, Mounjaro, or another GLP-1 medication, gastric bypass, gastric sleeve, or just years of hard, consistent work, you already know something nobody warns you about. The number on the scale changes fast. Your self-image does not.

Loose skin. Stretch marks. A shape that feels unfamiliar even when it's smaller. You worked so hard to get here, and now you're standing in front of a new body that still doesn't feel like yours. This is exactly who my studio was built for.

Your Body Told a Story. Let's Photograph the Woman Who Wrote It.

I'm not going to pretend loose skin isn't real, or tell you it doesn't matter. It's real. It's part of your story. But it does not have to be the headline of your photos.

In my studio, posing, lighting, wardrobe, and professional editing work together to show you exactly how you want to be seen. Not fake. Not filtered into someone else. Just supported, flattered, and photographed by someone who has done this hundreds of times for women in your exact situation.

Here's what that actually looks like:

Posing. Specific angles and body positioning minimize the appearance of loose or excess skin without you having to hold an uncomfortable pose or suck in for two hours.

Wardrobe. I keep a client closet stocked with pieces chosen specifically to work with bodies in transition. Certain silhouettes, fabrics, and cuts do a lot of the work before we even take a photo.

Lighting. Where the light hits and where it doesn't changes everything about how skin texture and shape read on camera. This is the part clients never think about and always notice in the final images.

Editing. My retouching softens stretch marks and evens out texture without erasing you. You'll still look like you. Just the version of you that matches how you feel on your best day.

The Real Work Isn't the Skin. It's the Mirror.

The physical side is only half of it. The harder part is usually the mental gap between the person you became and the person you still expect to see when you look down.

That disconnect has a name in the bariatric and weight loss community: many people describe it as still thinking and reacting like their "before" body, even months or years after the "after." It's incredibly common. You are not broken and you are not alone in feeling this way.

A boudoir session gives you something a scale or a mirror never will: real proof. Not a before-and-after post for social media. Just you, seeing yourself as strong, soft, powerful, and worth photographing exactly as you are right now.

Women leave their session with more than images. They leave having spent two hours being looked at with total acceptance, maybe for the first time since their body started changing.

Could this session be for you?

This session is for you if:

  • You've lost weight through GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound

  • You've had gastric bypass, gastric sleeve, or another bariatric procedure

  • You've lost weight through diet, exercise, or a health journey of your own

  • You're proud of the work but self-conscious about loose skin or stretch marks

  • You want photos that reflect who you are now, not who you used to be

  • You've never done anything like this before and have no idea what to wear or how to pose

You do not need to lose more weight first. You do not need to "get more comfortable" first. This session is often the thing that helps you get comfortable.
